I was trained to VTCT standard in holistic Swedish massage by the excellent Wiltshire School of Beauty and Holistic Therapy in Swindon. I have been involved in various sports all my life, either participating, teaching or coaching. I am a qualified level 2 swimming teacher, being involved in a local club for many years. My sports include triathlon, weight-training, sailing, golf, tennis and badminton. I have a passion for massage and healing, especially with sports and active people.


Enjoy a strong body massage or just relaxation. After a short consultation, I work holistically to tailor the massage to you, working on specific areas and aches as requested. I use soft music and a heated massage table in Breathe Bristol's dedicated private massage room.

I graduated from the 4NTEP Massage School, in Porto, Portugal in 2016 and I received the certification of Physiotherapy Helper and SPA Therapist. Since graduation, I have gained a wide range of work experience as a Massage Therapist, working both in Portugal and abroad.


In my therapies I implement combination of therapeutic techniques that helps to recover from low emotional mental states and physical pain. It use Swedish, oriental, therapeutic massage techniques and trigger points. My main therapies of focus are Massage Therapy, Sports Massage, Shiatsu and Hot Stone Massage. I'm passionate about Massage Therapy and the way it balances & harmonizes the Body/Mind connection through the healthy touch of the skin. The most gratifying thing for me is to see how Massage Therapy eases the pain, relaxes the muscle tone and mitigates anxiety and stress, but most of all how positively it influences a person's wellbeing.

Jessica is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and the founder of Inner Alchemy, a therapeutic approach based on interactive Hypnosis Trance Work and Deep Imagery Work.

Suzette Chin

Moving Stretch // Cupping Therapy

Suzette completed her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2005 and worked in private practises in Barbados and the UK. In 2011 she began studying resistance stretching as an intern at Boston’s Genius of Flexibility Studio and has since been training with Suzanne Wylde, creator of Moving Stretch, in the UK.


Apart from one to one Moving Stretch sessions she also offers cupping therapy. Cupping is a very traditional form of manual therapy that is finding a new lease of life in view of the recent research on the fascial system.
